Letters Page

Well, that about wraps up the sixth issue of Pure Excitement Comics! All of the back issues are still available online -- but at several diverse locations. Head back to my main page for links to all of the other issues!
No letters this month, so I'm going to use this space to once again plug my other sites. All the sites can be reached through the links in the column to the left.
Of special interest to fans of Golden Age comics is "Bill Nolan's Gallery of Golden Age Heroes." The gallery, which features samples of vintage artwork and bios for lesser known Golden Age heroes, is updated once a week. I've also added a new feature to all my pages -- an e-mail update system. Just click on the link at the bottom of the page to join the mailing list and receive notification whenever one of my pages is updated!
All of my sites grew out of my original web site -- "Prescription for Excitment!" PFE! features a goofy look at the eye-catching and amazing "in-house" advertisements in older comic books (primarily Silver Age DC). "In-house" ads are those flashy ads used by publishers to promote their own line of books. From the best to the worst, they're all featured at PFE!
If you enjoyed this issue (or not!) send in those letters to [email protected]. Your letter may be published in a future issue!
See ya next month, everybody, when Pure Excitement Comics features three more great heroes from the Golden Age!

In the gallery this month is a low-grade copy of Comic Cavalcade no. 28. This great book contains stories featuring Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, and the Atom. Too bad I can't reprint this kind of stuff here...
